Inspired by athletes, I created popp to be the support crew for leaders.

At popp, we help high achievers develop their unique leadership blueprint so they become a Leader that Lasts™.

Over the last 10+ years, I’ve coached & supported hundreds of high performers to defy what anyone thought possible.

As an ICF-certified coach with an extensive background in corporate retail & FMCG today, I work with current & aspiring leaders to embrace their unique strengths and cultivate their skills. So they’re motivated and supported to sustainably make a difference to the businesses they work in, the communities they live in and those they care about most.

More About Chloe

Leadership coach, facilitator & founder of popp

Having invested well over 1,000 hours in my development & experienced just how transformational coaching can be I became determined to increase the accessibility of coaching.

To support leaders at the highest level I trained & certified as ICF Executive Leadership, completing Level 2 with IECL. In 2021 I left the corporate world to dedicate myself full-time to supporting leaders sustainably dive into their pool of potential through coaching, facilitation & through the popp community.

My superpower (we all have one!)

I’m a connector. I see the world in patterns & connect dots. I use this strength to connect powerhouse leaders with expertise, with each other & with personal insights, challenging them always to put insight to action to deliver the change they seek.

Before popp

I spent the last decade+ in Retail & FMCG in both the UK & Australia spearheading positive change in culture, business & people. I’ve managed categories worth >$500m pa, led thriving teams & championed wellbeing.

Outside of popp

I’m a dreamer, a yogi, a recovering travel addict & a dog Mum to a pup called Otis. I’m fascinated by human psychology, an avid reader & an unashamed data geek.
